I have a report with sales data. This report should be automatically filtered by store and sent by e-mail to the relevant store managers. This is to be implemented with Power Automate.
For example, I have three tables in my report:
* Store (Storeid, Managerid)
* Sales (Quantity, Storeid)
* Employees (managerid, e-mail)
If everything is to be sent to the same e-mail address everything works perfectly.
1. To get store filter elements: Query to the dataset.
2. parse JSON
3. apply to all
3.1 Export Power-BI report as file
3.2 Send e-mail with attachment from 3.2.
How can I now include the information that Store A should be sent to Manager B?
