I would like to implement the Microsoft Teams Approval workflow across all our company channels, most of which are private. Specifically, I need the following setup:
Channel-Specific Approvals: For example, if an employee in the Accounts department initiates an approval request, it should be created and stored within the designated Accounts channel rather than in their personal OneDrive.
Adobe Sign Integration: We also hold Adobe licenses and would like to integrate Adobe Sign to automate the approval process. Currently, we manage approvals manually through forms and direct file approvals. Ideally, I would like approvers to be able to sign or reject documents automatically via Adobe Sign.
Could you please provide guidance on configuring Microsoft Teams and Adobe Sign to meet these requirements? I would greatly appreciate any best practices, detailed setup instructions, or documentation.
