Power Automate flow for uploading a document and choosing review

I have scoured the forums and cannot find what I'm after so here we go - 

I want to create a flow whereby:

1. User uploads document to SharePoint

2. User chooses Reviewer

3. Reviewer get a notification to access document, checks it/makes changes etc

4. Reviewer approves, User gets confirmation. 

SharePoint, Approvals and Outlook are the actions I have tried, they seem to be missing the Dynamic function so I can't follow the steps I've found on the forums.

    Could you please show a screenshot of the difficulty you are currently having with the flow? Or the method's link you follow. This can help me reproduce your problem.
