    Hi @Shaney,

Currently, Flow does not support people outside the organization for approval. Please ensure that user is a member of the organization.

If the user is not a member of the organization but needs him to participate in the approval process, you could try to use Send email with option.

In addition to management access rights, you could try to select a document, and then click Manage Access, you could add user, and give the user the corresponding permissions, provided that you are owner.

Thanks for the reply Barry. The approver is part of the organisation but because they are not a member of the group, they need permision to view the file.

Id like the approver to be able to view the document but restrict them full access to the other documents in the Document library.

    Cheers

Im assuming the only way is to grant access to the individual before the apporval is run and that the permission cannot be granted through the flow?

    Hi @Shaney,

Yes, your understanding is correct. Currently, you could only assign the appropriate permissions to the user before the Flow is executed.

During the execution of Flow, it is impossible to set permissions for the corresponding user, which means that Flow does not currently support such feature.

    Best Regards,

    Barry
