Hi all, please help me fetch/collect the ExpiryDate from my Sharepoint list and send an email using the format MMM dd, yyyy
Would like to convert the existing date 2023-04-30 into Apr 30, 2023

You can write the following expression to get the respective date format:
formatDateTime(yoursharepointdatefield,'MMM dd,yyyy')

You have used the expression correctly, but the date coming in it is null.
So, you will have to modify the expression a little bit.
