Array to output to a Sharepoint multiple value column

Hello,
I have 2 Sharepoint lists:

- Skill Teams (Which has skill team names under the "Title" column, and "Department Users" as a People & Group column, where I added the Sharepoint User Group of each department)

- Master Plan Projects Lists

    - Among other columns, I have 2 Look Up columns from the 'Skilll Teams' List:

           - One is called "Lead Organization" (which is obviously for picking which Skill Team is the lead for each project) - This is a single-value lookup column

           - The other one is called "Interdependencies" - a multiple-value lookup column, where we add all Skill Teams that are collaborators on said project.

    - I also created a "Unique Users" column. This is a multiple-value People & Groups column, which I wanted to be a lookup of all User Groups related with the Lead Organization and Interdependencies skill teams. So, if "Marketing" is the lead organization for a project, and "Finance" and "HR" are collaborators on the interdependencies column, the "Unique Users" column would have "Marketing Users Group", "Finance Users Group" and "HR Users Group" as a result.

I am trying to put together a flow to populate the "Unique Users" column when each item is modified.

But I can't seem to get the right flow formula... The flow takes forever to run, and when it does, it doesn't populate the "Unique Users" field correctly. I tried many different combinations, some with partial success, but just can't get it quite right.

Please help!!

This is what I put together:
