Sending uniqe code from sharepoint document to e-mail

I want to create a flow that says when someone fills out a form and requests a coupon, the system automatically goes to SharePoint and finds an excel file under documents and sends their coupon to anyone who requests it.

The coupon is always unique, never the same.

It would be good if, after sending the coupon, it would be deleted from the excel list.

It is clear to me that I have to create a form. I also have an excel sheet saved on SharePoint, but I don't know what my next steps are.

How do I connect them?

    Hi @dea4e,

Do you want to send the email with the coupon to the requestor and delete it from the excel?

Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?

1). Firstly, please create a MS form with several fields you need, like requestor.

2). You should use the When a new response is submitted, then get response details by the response Id.

3). List rows present in a table(This is an action related to excel file)

Yes, my scenario consists of sending an employee a coupon so they can sell something cheaper because the customer asks for it. After a coupon has been sent to him, that same coupon should be deleted from the excel sheet.

My form would consist of only one question - Do you need a coupon? And the only possible answer would be YES. I don't need anything else because no one who doesn't need a coupon would even answer this, they work normally without a coupon. Would reduced form be the best solution? Additionally, the excel table consists of only one column where there are lists of different codes, so the name of that column is this "Key Column"? Otherwise, thank you very much for the explanation 🙂

    Hi @dea4e,

I give you a simple demo for reference on flow configuration.

You just keep the needed fields in your form, that's okay.

And yes, if the only column in your excel table has different and unique codes, well it is the key column.

In addition, you should make sure the Key value could be captured from the form or somewhere because you need it to fill in the Key Value so that it could be deleted from the excel table.
