check boxes

Hey All,

I am having some issues with check boxes, currently no matter how I manipulate the check box I can't seem to get to display anything other then true or false. Basically, I have it attached to a submit button, that when the app is submitted everything is gathered and placed into an email and sent. The check boxes are there to list out applications a user would need so for example I have a checkbox called Power apps, currently when submitting the form all of the apps listed in the form show up, but when I manipulate the check box I can only get it to say true or false. What am I doing wrong? In close I need to be able to check the box next to an app labled like outlook, power apps, avaya, and have those show up in the email when submitted and if they are not checked then they don't show up in the email. Code i'm using is below:

Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2(
HS_txtinp_Email.Text,
"IT Requirements Request",
HS_txtlbl_EmployeeInformation &
"<br></br>" &
"Employee Name: " & HS_txtinp_EmployeeName.Text &

    Hi @JaredB ,

For each line that should be included when checked, you can use:

If(CheckBox.Value, "The text that goes with the item <br>")

Vice versa the text in the If statement will be left out when the CheckBox in unchecked.

Does that go in the ONcheck, or in the Text part of each check box, I have tried different combos of this statement and it doesn't seem to work.

    HI @JaredB ,

This should be included in the body parameter of the sendEmailV2 function.

    Hi @JaredB ,

you need to include the "<br>" tag in the If statement, otherwise an empty row will be included, for instance:

    HS_txtlbl_ApplicationAccessLicenses
    & If(HS_CB50.Value, "<br>Option")
    & If(HS_CB49.Value, "<br>Option")
    & If(HS_CB48.Value, "<br>Option")
    ...
