I am trying filter my editable grid using another gallery on the left sidebar. In the attachment you can see I have tried adding a simple filter of the grid based on selection but it will not send the correct results. I initially tried to add a filter under my ClearCollect function but this would not work either. Does anyone have any suggestions for me?

You need to filter Column Destination if it exists in the collection by selected Destination in Gallery 3 make sure You place this code in Item property of the gallery
Filter(colGridData, Destination = Gallery3.Selected.Destination)
This is what I receive every time I try this solution.
Can you move cursor on = and let me know what the error say please also is Destination a choice column by any chance in SharePoint ?
Yes it is a choice column.
try now with reference to value of the choice
Filter(colGridData, Destination.Value = Gallery3.Selected.Destination)
