Hi, i just started using Power Automate for personal reason and it worked fine just fine until yesterday when i wanted to create a new flow and the following error apeared:
Failed to create connection for connection id '/providers/Microsoft.PowerApps/apis/shared_outlook/connections/shared-outlook-33bbe4dd-0cdd-4b02-88de-c36e41bdb47c'. The environment data loss prevention policies for environment: '4105d171-4272-e7b1-8a7e-9d7c7fcb9fe1' could not be found.
it only happens when i try to sign into any connector ( i tried outlook and azure just to check and its the same error with different code and path)
I guess its something temporal because its trying to find some kind of policies but i wanted to create this post in the chance its something personal of mine . Thanks in advance
howwww? i didnt see the solutions. encouter the issue when trying to "Send an email (V2)" with Outlook
It's finally fixed. Took Microsoft more than a month...
Same. Outlook connector.
Same here when trying X (Twitter) Connector.
Anyone from Microsoft who can tell the fix for this ?
same issue here...
I’m seeing the exact same error when attempting to add a connector to Outlook.com.
This is using my personal account - which started life in the mid 2000s as an “@hotmail.com” address, but a few years back I started signing in using an email attached to a personal domain (in case this is relevant).
Same here.
I have an Office 365 Personal subscription. Power Automate appears in the sidebar to be used, but when I try to connect to my Outlook account or Office 365, appears this error.
I suposse that Power Automate belongs to the subscription, else it should not appear in the side bar, right?
Could someone confirm?
Thanks!
Is there anyone from Microsoft that can chime in what's going on or give us an ETA on when a fix for this will happen?
The spam in my Junk Mail folder is getting out of control and I rely on a Power Automate flow to help keep it clean
Thanks for the offered help. Unfortunately none of the suggested solutions fixes it. The third in particular (Check Environment Policies) i can't as it's all in personal use so i don't have an administrator.
While talking about the issue a side note, what i (and with my so many more) try to create, is a set of rules which we can apply to the junk mail folder in outlook - through power automate. Rules in outlook can be applied easily to inbox (e.g. if word X is in the email body text or subject, delete) and this helps to reduce spam. We want this too on the junkfolder and to get there we follow this rather complex (but helpful!) step-by-step guide: https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/how-apply-outlookcom-rules-junk-folder-power-automate-robin-hobo/
Spam in junk is getting out of control. I simply want to remove all emails with the notion of 'Spins' or 'McAfee' etc.
As experts, by any chance suggestions?
