ISsues with intializing variables in flow

Hello gurus, recently introduced the condition (in pink) to the flow and now the variables cant be initialized.  The flow from green works exactly as expected. Is there a work around to this or another way of achieving this?

The original functional flow See pic 4 below,  triggers when a user uploads a file into a sharepoint library. Then the file is uploaded to adobe ad an agreement adobe id is generated, it keeps checking until the status of the agreement is "signed" and then proceeds to pdf the document and saves it to another library.
I wanted the user to control when the document is sent to adobe so i introduced a new choice column . The value TO SIGN kicks off the trigger and the rest of the flow.

It seems i cannot initialize the variable inside the condition and im stumped as to where that variable ccan live. If i have it out side of the conditions it will not

@AdvaanGuy Variables can only be initialized in the root of the flow. They can't be nested inside other actions. You can nest the Set Variable action but not the Initialize Variable action.

Found my issue, i needed to initilize the variable before the condition, Variables can be set in the loops. Noob oversight. Please delete ,thanks
