Hello community,

I am building a power app: if user want to send notification to client, they fill information of notification and run flow to input data to template and send email to client. I built model driven power app business process flow and add flow step (preview), the user can run flow to make letter from template and send to client.

This is the power automate flow I created:

Select trigger: When a flow step is executed.
Get a record
Populate a Microsoft Word template (the template I download from model driven app)
Create file (sharepoint)
Convert Word Document to PDF”.
Send an email

This flow run successfully but my problem is:

Only online word file (viewed in sharepoint) created in step 4 shows data updated from app. But when I manually send it via email, download or print out, the data will be converted to xml format (as template file). The pdf file created from step 5,6 also contains xml data, not fill template with data from model driven app.

Please help to solve my problem.
