Failure to connect excel online business and automate

I have a flow that manipulates data within an excel sheet, located in our company's sharepoint site. The flow has worked in the past utilizing the Excel Online (Business) connector, linked through my company email. Just today, I began seeing errors in this connection, it seems that automate can no longer see the excel file in question. I have not changed any steps/information within the flow since yesterday, when everything was functioning as intended. The error code I keep receiving states: "Test connection failed. Details: Failed to get onbehalfof access token: connectionId=excelonlinebusiness, message={"error":"invalid_request","error_description":"AADSTS65002: Consent between first party application 'fe053c5f-3692-4f14-aef2-ee34fc081cae' and first party resource '7442f35f-64b6-45b8-bbee-f069b75cd4f2' must be configured via preauthorization - applications owned and operated by Microsoft must get approval from the API owner before requesting tokens for that API. Trace ID: 2e53ebfc-99ad-467b-ac63-2718cbcf4800 Correlation ID: 351acdb0-be20-46df-b8a5-afe68f8959c3 Timestamp: 2024-10-29 14:45:52Z","error_codes":[65002],"timestamp":"2024-10-29 14:45:52Z","trace_id":"2e53ebfc-99ad-467b-ac63-2718cbcf4800","correlation_id":"351acdb0-be20-46df-b8a5-afe68f8959c3","error_uri":"https://login.microsoftonline.us/error?code=65002"}"

Upon further testing, it would appear that no one in the office can link any Excel Online (Business) connectors through any power automate flows, new or existing. I greatly appreciate any helpful advice you have to offer on this issue.

This issue seems to have been resolved by Microsoft. This is the response I received from a representative: "Kindly note that it was resolved by creating a pull request on the back end for the pre-auth certificate."
