Bot returns incorrect at Microsoft Teams while it works fine in Power Virtual Agents

First time, the bot is working fine in teams. 

 

Second time it's give results from different topic.

 

Same bot is working fine in PVA environment

    Hi @deepaksamvictor , could you share more details? It is a good sanity check to make sure you have published your changes in PVA in order to see the new content in Teams.
