Sending multiple e-mails when a Form is submitted, but SELECTED recipients see that only they got the email.

Hello!

I am having trouble my Flow. I have it set up so that, when a new Microsoft Form is submitted, it sends an email with the answers. One of the questions in the Form is bunch of different people, to whom ,you can send an email.

The problem is when the email is sent to multiple people. In their inbox it only shows that they were the only recipient, even though, there were others. I can't seem to make it show the other recipients in the email.

Please help!

Thanks in advance.

    Hi!

Apologize for writing back so late.

I do not fully understand, can i have some visual feedback to make me understand better?

I have added an example of the flow I am using.  (in the example, there's only 2, but in the other one there's actually more)

So the premise is that in the forms, there is a possibility to check up to 2 persons, to whom, you want to send the information, that is asked in the forms questions. The problem I am having is that, when multiple people are chosen.  The emails are sent but both see the email as if only they got the email. It doesn't show the other person it was sent too. naidis.png

    Hi @Cyunowater

I guess if you are sending email notification in a loop then it would send separate emails to all recipient, and they could not see other recipients in that email.

You need to join the email address of all recipients as single colon separated string and pass it to the "To" parameter of send an email action.

If this helps & solves your problem, please remember to give a 👍 and accept my solution as it will help others in the future.

    Thanks
