Generate List of SharePoint URL for Each Existing Folder with Adding User Access

Hi all,

I am new to Power Automate, and would like to find out a way to generate a list (i.e. excel file) stating the URL link (like manually click "Copy Link") of each folder under a specific path.

My background task is to distribute a designated folder URL to different individuals. Could Power Automate perform it? In addition, for the access issue, is there a way to automatically add specific user to a specific folder? Thanks.

@alexwong820 Yes, You can get the folder link and store in excel via flow. Also access can be automated.

Your flow design should be like this-

Hi @Hardesh15, thanks for the reply. However, I would like to the get the sharing link instead of the path. Thus, I try to use "Create sharing link for a file or folder". But i just get below error, when I used the composed ID of each folder. Could you please kindly advise? Thanks so much.
