Hi @SonalBannagare,

You can use the boost conversations feature to look for answers in your public website or internal SharePoint site.

Alternatively, you can use and configure the fallback topic (to catch anything not firing a topic).
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/preview/authoring-system-topics#fallback
Within fallback, you can choose to query other services to look for answers (e.g. Question Answering, Azure OpenAI for a ChatGPT-like experience, etc.) through Power Automate.
