I am very confused on why this is failing. It claims that the URL is invalid, and it is not. I have taken the result out of flow and pasted it in chrome and it navigates to the website just fine.
Have you tried removing the mcas.ms? I'm not sure but I think that's something that tracks you in a very specific way, that might cause the flow issues. I'm not sure if that will fix it, but, it's worth a shot.
