The error message seems to tell that there is something wrong with the Office365User.UserProfileV2() function within your app, and you don't have permission to perform this function.

I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned. The screenshot as below:

Please check if you have provided a proper Office 365 account to create a connection to the Office 365 Users connector within your app.

Please also make sure that the account that you provided to create a connection to Office 365 Users connector is a work or school account rather than your personal account.

In addition, you could also consider take a try to re-create a new connection to the Office 365 Users connector within your app with a proper Office 365 account (work or school account), then check if the issue is solved.
