Need Simple PowerAutomate flow to send notification from Document library

Hi,

I have a Document Library and in that I have folders(like,Folder1 and folder2) and I have list Approval List which has DocID,DocCode, ApproverEmail.

User will upload doc in folders and choose DocID and then appropriate ApproverEmail person will receive notification, If user selects DocID woth DocCode then respective ApproverEmail user will receive notification

How to develop this flow, Can anyone guide us as I am new to PowerAutomate

DocLibrary ApprovalList

DocID, DocCode, ApproverEmail

Folder1 600 abc@test.com

601 qbc1@test.com

602 AD abcd@test.com

Hi @MSD52 ,

Could you please share more details? How do you know which ApproverEmail person will receive notification when a new file is upload without DocCode being selected?

In Approval List, I have list data like this
DocID, DocCode, ApproverEmail
600 abc@test.com
601 qbc1@test.com
602 AD abcd@test.com
602 BC abcd234@test.com
602 CC xgyuyru@test.com

User will select DocID, If DocID other than 602, Then respective associate persons will receive notification as there is no DocCode for for other than 602.
If user selects 602 and then he will choose DocCode then respective DocCode related user will receive notification here DocID is same.

Do you need a flow on the Approval list when new entries are added to the list? If so, the flow is simple as you think:

@v-jefferni , Users will upload documents in folders in doc library, and users will choose metadata of documents that are referring to ApprovalList then corresponding user will receive notification.

Hi @MSD52 ,

You say choose DocID, is the DocID column in the library a LookUp column to look up in Approval List or a Choices column includes all available DocID values? Please share more details about the columns in the library. What types are they?

@v-jefferni ,Doc ID and DocCode are choice columns in Library and once these selected and email has to send corresponding ApproverEmail in ApproverList
