I currently have a cloud flow with an Outlook.com (V2) connector for when a new email arrives. This is set up with my personal Outlook account. However, I would like to change the trigger to my work Outlook account. So far this does not seem to be possible since the company I work at has an on-premises exchange server on which Outlook is hosted, I was wondering if there are any known workarounds like using a custom-built connector with the Exchange endpoints or somehow using Power Automate Desktop which has an exchange server connector. I am not sure which approach to take and don't want to spend too much time on something that will end up being impossible.
If you have an endpoint that works with HTTP requests, you can use HTTP action to create requests that can send emails for you.
If that doesn't work, then there is no other way as Power Automate doesn't support On-prem mailboxes.
The Outlook for Office 365 connector only works for Exchange Online mailboxes.
Hope this helps!
