I just got one ComboBox working, then I added another.
For some reason, PowerApps has decided my first ComboBox depends on my new one.
There is no connection between the two.
How do I get rid of this unwanted rubbish?

When you created this second combobox, did you created a fresh one or copied the previous one?
Also, are the items property of both the comboboxes, linked in some way that might affect each other?
If there is no connection, can you try to delete this second combobox, start a new session and add it again from the Insert tab.

No, I did not copy this control from another. I added it from the Insert menu.

Can you share more details about the items property of both the comboboxes? Also, please share the error message that you are getting.
Seems a bit crap that I have to go back & delete the last half hours work & recreate it.
I have deleted my second combo box, closed PowerApps completely & started again, gone to re-insert my second ComboBox. It has ALREADY decided to link it to the other ComboBox, before I have done anything else. Is this a bug?
Even if I add a Drop Down, it decides it depends on the ComboBox. I cannot believe we cannot have multiple ComboBoxes / DropDowns without them being linked to each other.
You can build cascading dropdowns. The circular reference is not supported which means that the change in one combobox result in change combobox2 and that change will again make combobox1 to change. This will lead into infinite loop and hence it is not supported.
Are you getting any errors? What is in the Items property of both the combobox controls?
It would appear that there is no solution to this muddle., which is why I have not marked any of the answers as a solution. Powerapps is going to link my controls together whether I want it to or not.
