Sharepoint Managed Metadata in Flow

Hi together,

I want to update some multi and single value Managed Metadata Fields in Sharepoint Online dynamically. I already found out that the right value to update them is "Label"|"TermGuid". This has already worked for me as long as I did not update the SP term store. The new tags aren't taken by Sharepoint and aren't shown in Taxonomy Hidden List, so that therefore the GUIDs can't be taken from there. I guess that there is a failing or not even running update job or something like that.

I then tried to do it by using a HTTP request to SPO to get the TermGuids, but that also only works for the few tags I have set some months ago, but not for the newly added ones. I found this solution here:

https://sharepoint.stackexchange.com/questions/269433/filtering-on-managed-metadata-ms-flow
I already got in contact with SPO support who have not answered yet. Those newly added terms are shown in the flow dropdown list and can be chosen "statically" as they are also shown in SPO term store (with their own GUIDs).

So, anybody has got another idea how to get those TermGuids from SPO?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi @zaphod88 ,

Have you tried updating the connection and then reconfiguring the SharePoint related actions to get the newly added tags?

    Best Regards,
