[Query] Power Automate Desktop can able to work as Standalone setup

To run MS RPA automatically (Schedule), Our in-house PC and an external MS cloud server must communicate.

 

Is it possible to schedule/automatically run the power automate without MS cloud server communication i.e., in a standalone setup?
