Hi Community,
I have recently got a requirement where we have to create a PAD Bot which can interact with SAP Application.
But, I have few doubts in it as I am very new to PAD.

1) My Bot will run on Windows Server 2019 and trigger action will be : When an email is received in Email Box.
So, Let's say one of flow instance is already running and it has Open the SAP App and started to mimic the manual
process. At the same time another mail comes up so my flow will trigger again. But the first instance is still not finished
How we will overcome from this ?

2) Is there anything like Multi Bot Architecture in PAD ?

3) There is one condition where we have to for 24 hours and then check Email is responded or not . How can we do this
And 24 hours wait time is suggestable or not ?

Please find the answer as below

1) when a mail arrives, desktop flow is trigger and starts running when a machine is available. But when another mail arrives and still in the desktop , flow is running then the second instance will be in queue and will be executed only after first flow is completed

2) You can implement multi bot architecture in PAD utilizing work queues concepts which is released recently.

3) Could you explain the 3 rd question based on scenario you are giving a try on , i think that would be help me to give you best possible answer.

This doesn't direclty answer your question, but is RPA a specific requirement for this? If you're able to use RFCs (custom or published by SAP) you might consider using the SAP ERP connector in Power Automate. Getting your connection to SAP makes it a little more difficult up front, (you'll need to set up an On-Premise Data Gateway -- see prerequisites in the same doc) but once you've done that, ongoing maintenance is easier, since you don't have to maintain the RPA box, or worry about capacity limits, etc.
