I am trying to send an email for a selected file in power automate, I would like to see the flow only on subfolders which I have set the flow but not on all Subfolders.

Ex: Parent Folder

SubFolder 1

SubFolder 2

SubFolder 3 - I want to see the flow only on this subfolder 3 and its subfolders, but not for complete library. And that is for only selected file.

What do you mean saying this:

I have a flow when I select any subfolder within Parent Folder, I see the flow but I want show the flow only on Specific folder.

In my case I should have flow only on America/Subfolder/

Unfortunately, at my knowldege this behavior is currently not supported for this trigger.

Thank you for the reply, is there any alternative flow. Which we can send email to only selected files, under the sub-folders. Or We have to manage sub-folders under each library. So that flow shows only on this subfolder

Hi @Nikhil2 ,

You could try to add a condition.

Although the user can trigger the flow by clicking any file in the library, only the eligible file will send the email.

My flow looks like this, i am selecting the file and created dropdown to choose the SP Group to send email with HTTP Request.

I have folder structure like , Right now i have flow which i can use to any subfolders below but I would like have the flow to Subfolder 1 or Subfolder 1.1 but I should not see the flow to other subfolders.

And I will setup another flow for another subfolder 2, so that folder owner can send to that subfolder 2 SP Group.

-subfolder 1.1
- files
subfolder 2
subfolder 3
