I have a flow that posts to Teams when a SharePoint page is update or a new one created. The issue I am having is when the user is "modifying" a page and instead of pressing "Republish" they press "Discard Changes". The discard changes still sends a post to Teams channel saying the page has been updated where in fact it has not. I have been researching this for over a week and still can't find how to stop the Teams post on "Discard Changes". Anyone have a resolution?
