For how long the Offline data will stay inside the Power Apps mobile application

I am reading this example about using Offline mode in Power Apps @ https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/canvas-apps/offline-apps ..

 

But i have the following questions on how long the Offline data will stay inside the Power Apps mobile application:-

 

1) User accesses the Power apps inside the Power Apps mobile application with an internet connection, closes the app, disconnects from the internet, restarts their phone, and then re-opens the app. will the offline data stay available ?
2) A user partially completes a form, the form is completed the next day and submitted. Will the user's phone/device "remember" what was entered yesterday?

    1) That scenario is what LoadData() and SaveData() are for.  SaveData() saves a collection to the non-volatile memory of a mobile device.  So even if the app is closed and the device turned off the data is still there.  When the app is restarted LoadData() can load the stored data back into the collection for use by the app.

    2) That depends on what has happened in between the partial completion and the next day.  But in general you can't depend on data being there that hasn't been committed to a Collection.  If the app hasn't closed and the user hasn't moved away from the form, the data might still be there. But in general it would be best to plan to have the user save results frequently.
