unable to retrieve custom fields from Jira using power automate, custom field is not showing in dynamic content in power automate

Hi All,

 

I have created a custom field in jira named Organizations1 and i am looking forward to retrieve in share point using power automate but i am not able to see the custom field in dynamic content.

 

Please kindly help, as i am in urgent need of this.

    Can you clarify what you are trying to do?

     

    You have created a custom field in Jira and you want to write it into SharePoint?

     

    Are you using Jira server or cloud?

    Hi @eric-cheng 

     

    yes, i have created a custom filed and i want it to write to share point.

     

    I could see fields like issue key, issue description etc...but i could not see my new custom field in power automate in dynamic content to retrieve.

     

    currently i am using Jira cloud

    Hi @Anonymous ,

     

    I haven't used the Jira connector but a quick search online seems custom fields seems to be a common problem but no one seems to have posted a solution.  There appears to be an open idea here if you want to upvote.  

     

    If you are stuck, you may need to:

     

    1) Use the HTTP connector to call Jira APIs

    2) If you are using Jira server, you can query the SQL database
