I want to check if I can achieve the following scenario. user receives the summary of his/her meetings for the next 7 days in the email.
I have created a flow to send my calendar events to my mail but i do not know who i can do this for all users in my tenant using a single flow.
Well it is not what i was looking for but still thanks for your solution i will try it.

It seems that you need to create a Flow template and share it with other users so that they can receive their own meeting summary just like you. This cannot be achieved through a single Flow.
You can consider using the following two methods to share Flow templates.
