Is it possible to get Flow triggered when an email is sent

I am trying to create a flow which will create a record in a SP list each time a new request is sent to a shared mailbox and update the request status when someone replies to the request from the shared mailbox. The problem I'm having now is that the flow only gets triggered when a new email arrives in the shared mailbox, which means each time a member reply to a request from the shared mailbox, they have to put the shared mailbox in cc or bcc, which is not convenient for users and cause lots of duplicate emails in the mailbox (one copy in sent folder, a second copy in inbox folder).

To avoid the issue, I'm wondering if it is possible to get flow triggered when a new mail is sent from the share mailbox?

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Please try to change Inbox to Sent Items, like:

This doesn't work for me either. Is there no way to actually do this?
