ERROR 400 on Adobe Sign connector API Cancel an agreement

I have every time this error with the simpliest flow on adobe Esign with API Cancel an agreement :

<BODY><h2>Bad Request - Invalid URL</h2>
<hr><p>HTTP Error 400. The request URL is invalid.</p>

    Not much we can help with, the error tells you the issue, and you haven't shared the URL etc so, im going with the error which is clear, your url is wrong.
