File path issue within approval flow

When using the "Start approval when new item is added" template, the flow works correctly except for the item link.

Instead of the name of the file, the link is changed to random characters.  For instance, I named a Site Page "Groot" so the name of the file is Groot.aspx, but the approval shows this as "its41gtc.aspx" and of course links to a 404 page not found.

 

The ID field is correct, just not the Title, Name or Item Link fields.  I can approve the workflow and cancel and both work fine.  I just can not direct the approver to the correct document.  Has anyone else experienced this?

    Per my testing, the link created successfully.

    Make sure the Approval is added as below:

    Thanks, I think something was messed up with the workflow.  I recreated and now the links work fine.  Again thanks for your time.
