How to send data from Excel to a SharePoint Calendar?

Hi guys I hope you are all doing well.

I have a SharePoint site and an excel sheet with a list of all employees and their data such as their phone number, first and last name, birthday(Not the year of their birth), etc.

I want to take the birthdays from the corresponding column in the excel file and dynamically populate the SharePoint calendar. Basically, for every birthday, an event will be dynamically created in the SharePoint calendar. Also, if the birthdays in the excel sheet get modified, I want to update the calendar.

I think using the Power Automate can be a good way of solving this problem however I don't really know how to connect my excel file to the SharePoint calendar.

As you see in my calendar, the birthdays are written in the following format: YYYY-MM-dd. For example: 2023-02-10. Since birthdays happen every year, I was thinking to update the year in the birthday column in excel every time the year changes using Power Automate and republish the data in the SharePoint calendar.

Can someone help me with this issue? I am searching all over the place but can't find what I really want.

I make a break down list of what I want here to make it simpler to follow what I want to do:

  1. Dynamically link the excel's birthday column to a SharePoint calendar (I think making a list in SharePoint and changing its view to a calendar view and then connecting it to excel can be a good start).
  2. Dynamically make an event in the SharePoint calendar with the subject being the subject column's value in the excel sheet and the date being the birthday. For example, Amir's birthday 2023-05-16.
  3. If excel gets updated, the SharePoint calendar must also get updated automatically (Basically any CUD operation on the excel must trigger the calendar).
  4. Every year, the birthday's year value in excel increments e.g. if the current year is 2023, the birthday value is 2023-01-02. Next year, it becomes 2024-01-02
  5. Display the calendar in the home page of SharePoint using a web part(I am pretty sure that the calendar that gets displayed using the calendar web part is the group calendar that is automatically created by SharePoint. Can I instead show the list which has the calendar view?)
  6. Be able to add other events to this calendar from Outlook for example. This must also update the calendar in the SharePoint .

I would really appreciate it if someone can help me with this issue. I tried a lot of ways and even managed to dynamically link my excel sheet to my personal calendar in outlook, but I couldn’t find a way to link it to my SharePoint calendar.

I guess the solution to this issue will be finding a way to dynamically link the excel sheet to the list in SharePoint.

Thank you very much.
