It seems that currently PowerApps and MS Flow does not support the processing of audio in .3gp (Android) and .aac (iOS) format.
The platform does not support uploading audio from the mobile device, it seems to be a web app only.
This is currently a limitation, and there is no suitable function in MS Flow to transcode this type of file content.
It would be very beneficial to everyone if the audio file stored as .3gp format (Android) and .aac format (iOS). from mobile devices file contents could be transcoded into playable audio format. (i.e. mp3/mp4, etc.)
Still waiting.. No FIX yet.
This issue seems to be over 12 months old since this excellent subject was raised.
It's now the 30-Oct-2020. Has this problem being fixed?
Surely if Microsoft are charging users a lot of money to use PowerApps their software should work on Android and iOS tablets and phones.
When is this problem going to be fixed, or where is the solution of how others have made this defect work?
I just did thanks.
By the way, if you manage to play around with different audio formats save to SharePoint list, please share. Your feedback is highly appreciated.
Cheers
