I am a novice at all this so bare with me. New at Power Automate and new at any database environment.
I am simply trying to use Power automate to extract the UPN out of a user record in CRM365. I first use the “When a record is updated” (from Dynamics 365), and this stage works fine.
Next, When using Get User Profile (V2), we need A UPN.
But the only type of user ID (or owner ID) I get from the CRM record is the 64-digit universal GUID (or user ID, or whatever you call that).
How can I translate the 64-digit ID to a UPN (e-mail address format).
Not sure if I am missing a step, but I’ve reach the limit of my research ability.
Thanks.
