Below is my flow, I have a two branched questions in MS forms and hence two switch (with individual cases) I added a variable to store each of their data under their own variable and then create an item in SPO. it is still not showing up in list.
Branched Questions are as below:
1. App Name (DROP DOWN) --> A, B, C, D
2. Page Title -->if A is selected next question pops with these options (1, 2, 3) if B is selected next question pops with these options (4, 5, 6, 7) and so on and so forth.
3. Change Category --> Bug Report, New Information, Feature Request
4. (this question only pops up if feature request is selected) Change Type --> Formatting Changes, New Selection, Other changes
