I have 2 entity A and B. Entity A and B are associated.

For example, consider, there are 10 associated records in the entity B. How to traverse all the 10 records in the BPF.

Kindly help with the solution.

Thanks

Suganya.

What do you mean to traverse?

If these are defined as lookup fields (now called lookup columns) on the Entity (Entity is now called a Table - and suppose N:1 relationship from Entity B to Entity A (now called Table B and Table A) , then a record from B can have a lookup field [now called a lookup column]  pointing to a record from A) you should be able to add that lookup field (now called a lookup column) directly to the Business Process Flow (BPF) as a Step to an associated Stage. More detail here (docs.microsoft.com)

Other than above, we are not sure about the specific context in your case.

    Thanks for your reply.

Currently I have 2 stages, In the Stage 1 - After creating a record in the Table A, on click of "Next Stage", BPF will list all the associated record. On select of any record, the user goes to Stage 2 and Finish button appears. Once Finished Im not able to go to other listed associated record.

How to show the 1st record as 1 step and on click of next , 2 record should appear as 2 step and so on till the last record in the 2nd Stage?
