Update Item only fetches columns that has values

The Sharepoint action "Update Item" only fetches the columns that have recorded values in them.

 

And the flow works fine (as long as the values are there):

  • It finds the columns I want to update.
  • It updates the columns (if values already exists)

 

Any hint or tip would be appreaciated
