Two of the tables in Dataverse does not export; I get an error every time.
The error message refers to a field that was deleted a long time ago.
Where I I start looking for whatever needs to be updated to not look for that field?
Did you try to create a view with currently field and export the data? Check if its works, and if works update and publish again your system views.

do you have issues while export or import - sounds like export.
How do you export data? If running from any model driven app, you can define a view containing those columns you like to export. In that case is should work.
Especially while importing data it can cause conflicts if you have 2 columns with same display name. In that case the system is not able to figure out which column you are targetting.
