Email at specific timestamp

I have a column in a sharepoint list that has a future time based on specific SLA's. How would I create a flow to send an email when that time is reached. Example) I have a request that's critical, which means it has an SLA of 2 hours. I have the column set to make a timestamp exactly 1 hour after the request is submitted. I need to send an email reminder when the current time reaches that 1 hour timestamp.

    Hi,

You would need to create a Scheduled Flow, and have that flow run at whatever the min interval is, for all reminders.

It may trigger every 1 minute or 10 minutes or whatever you need it do.
It would then have to do a Get Items, with a Filter on Time (those columns you mentioned)
It would then loop through all the Rows it returned, and have it check what Type of reminder it is (its a guess on my part what you want to do)
And then have it send the email for that row only to whomever it goes too

    Thats' what I would do.

If you want something more efficient, run a daily flow that checks if anything is due the next day, and launches delayed child flows for these items.
