I need a basic approval flow for invoices received in PDF, but I'm required that the managers sign (an image) those pre-existing PDF documents. However, we don't have the premium version, and we don't have any esign platform that requires payment (your Adobe Sign, etc.). Is there a way to do this?
I've seen how to sign a Word document via template, using PowerApps + Power Automate, but no way of signing a pre-existing pdf document.

I am afraid that you could not add a sign to a PDF file if you do not have license to Adobe Sign.
There is no free connector for your need.
