Hi All,
I have a list with about 50 items, and there is a FLOW associated with the list. I want to make a mass update to the list, but I don't want FLOW to send the alerts when I turn FLOW back on.
I turned the FLOW off, but I know in the past whn I turned the FLOW back on it sent all updated alerts.
Is this possible?
TIA,
Joe
Yes I am using the SharePoint trigger when an item is added or modified.
I will give it the weekend before turning it back on 🙂
Thanks,
Joe
The answer to your question depends on your Flow and the trigger you are using. I assume that you are referring to a SharePoint list. If you are using a When an item (or file) is created or modified trigger, you should be OK but you'll want to wait 5 to 10 minutes after the last update to turn the Flow back on. If you're using something like a Recurrence trigger, then you may have issues. If you post a screen shot of your Flow I can provide a more definitive answer.
