How to reset Creatorkit fluent PeoplePicker

Hi,

We have added the creator kit fluent people picker (1.0.22) to our canvas app. Although it looks nice, I can't seem to find a way to reset the component or clear the selectedPeople property.

Does anyone know?

Use the following somewher:

ClearCollect(PreSelectedUserCollection,User());
ClearCollect(PreSelectedUserCollection,Blank());

Then set the People Picker ITEMS to
PreSelectedUserCollection

Yes — this is a known issue with the Creator Kit PeoplePicker control in Microsoft Power Apps.

Instead of using Reset(), create a variable like and you set and rest the variables accordingly

Set(varResetPicker, true);
Set(varResetPicker, false);

Then bind that variable into the PeoplePicker (for example in its key/default logic). This forces the control to re-render and clears the selection properly in play mode.
