outlook email to planner task

Hi,I started working with MS teams not long ago and desperately need a way to transform outlook 365 email to planner task in order to improve compliance.

I've tried the flagged e-mail solution and it made a mass.

I'm now checking the option of transforming a to-do task to a planner task however THE PROBLEM I need help with is that I have multiple teams with multiple channels/tags - how do I build the flow in a way it can route a to-do task to the correct team/channel?

appreciate your help.

hi @Me2iT  if I undernsthand well what you need to do is add a switch control, see

    switch.PNG

then in every case you can create a task to the bucket that you need

I have made the flow but no task is created in the planner.

I have tried the template and there as well no task is created.

I ran the test and it says it succeeded but still no task/

any idea why it doesn't work?

    Hej,

so i would be very interested if you had found a working solution for that topic. Could you please give some hints for a working solution?

    Thanks in advance...

    Greetings
