Hello friends, how do I create a condition that triggers a flow when a particular answer is selected from my MS Form?
Will appreciate you help.
Thanks
@RobElliott is correct. The problem is that the trigger for Forms doesn't contain the responses. That's why the next step is almost always a Get Response Details. Trigger conditions can only work with values that are in the trigger and the answers to the form questions aren't.
Thanks @RobElliott , Power Automate should provide us with this feature.
I already have my complete flow which is triggered when the form is submitted. However I taught that i could use the flowing steps ;
1. Set up the flow: In PA, create a new flow and choose the appropriate trigger based on the form you're using Microsoft Forms, select the "When a new response is submitted" trigger.
2. Add a condition : After the trigger, add a condition action. Use the choice question from the form as the condition, and specify the value that should trigger a specific flow path. This is where i,m blocked.
@US800 there is no way to trigger a flow when a particular answer is selected from a form. A flow can only be triggered when the form is submitted.
