Power Pages website shows blank pages after migration

Hi,

I have made a form registration website through Power pages in a test environment. Because this website was almost expired, I moved it to the production environment of my organization. Now the problem im running into, is that after the migration all my pages are shown as blank when I preview them. They show up just fine in the editor, but for some reason fail to load anything on preview. The Homepage is the only page that actually looks the same as in the editor. I've uploaded some images below of a page in the editor and in the live preview for reference.

Does anybody have any idea what may be causing this?

I've used the official Microsoft documentation for migrating the portal.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Hi, my first line of troubleshooting would be looking into the Portal records in the Portal Management App. What I would look here is:

    • Web Pages - make sure you have two records, a parent web page, and a child "localized content" web page
    • Make sure both Web Pages are pointing to the same Page template, and also on the state Published
    • Open the Page Template and see the configuration, if it is a Web Template type, check the Liquid code of the Web Template and make sure it makes sense (contains the page_copy tag etc)
    • Make sure all records are pointing to the correct Website

    Hi @Plurper

Please follow all the instructions from @OliverRodrigues  and make sure you have a website exists in your production environment.

The next thing I would recommend is

    1. Disable all extensions on your browser

    2. Try the incognito window and while choosing incognito disable "Block third party cookies"

    ------------
    In Design Studio

    1. Pres sync configuration and preview the website. And press "Ctrl+F5"

    Hope it helps.

After going through the steps above I noticed that the default language in portal management was set to a different language than in my current tennant. I set it to my organizations language and it now works fine.
