311Something was changed in the "annotation" table recently. In all of our older development and client production environments, the "notetext" column has a Data Type of "Multiple lines of text" and Format value of "Email body". We recently created a new sandbox environment for a new client. In their annotation table the notetext column has a Data Type of "Multiple lines of text" and Format value of "Rich text". Because of that difference in the Format value we cannot import our managed solution! We also cannot edit the column definitions of the annotation table.
Anybody know if there's a fix for this? We're not able to work on new client's environment.
