Hello Power Flow Community,

I NEED HELPPPP !!! I have a SP list and two flows that are running of that list. First flow runs every time new item is created and it grabs name of the user in Employee field and creates a folder with their name in a document library and that flow is working fine, but then I have a second flow which runs when a document is uploaded to that folder by a manager and it notifies the user about it. what I want is to put link to that folder in the body of that email, but I am not able to grab that I have tried link to item (which is basically  a link to an actual document), Folder Path as well but its not working out. Soo Please HELPPPPP !!!!

    Hi @jasminepatel90,

Use the "Create sharing link to an item or folder":

In SharePoint a folder is a listitem with a specific content type, just grab the ID of the folder you want to link to set the action ID with. You can get this information using "List Folder" action and filtering to retrieve the right one.

    Remarks:

Link type accept 2 value: "View only" or "View and edit"

Link Scope allow you to allow only people from your organization to use link or anyone included anonymous.

In advanced option you can set link expiration by giving expiration date.

    Hi @jasminepatel90,

That's not item id you have to provide to action at item Id property but folder one then you'll get a link to folder.

    Hi @jasminepatel90,

Before send email then you add Sharing Link from dynamic content into mail body.

I have tried that way but the Sharing Link in dynamic content into body brings only link for the actual file/documents
