Import image to word document based on MS Form choice

I have a MS form that is filling a word template very nicely.   I have one question in the form that I need to trigger an image import based on the answer.

For example, I have may a question:  "Who is your favorite Beatle?"

I have a folder with four .jpg images (John, Paul, George, Ringo).

Based on the user's choice I would like to have the image display in the final word document.

Is this possible?

Any help or direction is greatly appreciated.

My current flow:

    Hi @j_glasgow ,

Do you want to import different images in Word according to different options?

I have made a test for your reference.

    1. Here is my Form.

    2. Here is my Word Template.

    3. Here is the folder where the images are stored.

    Hello,

Wow!  Thank you very much for taking the time to put that together.   It makes sense, but I must be doing something wrong.

    Questions:

    1. Do the .jpg images, the split "Equals" field, and the form choice all have to match?  (in the example, john.jpg, John, John)
    2. If the form has other questions before the one that pulls the image, would that interfere in any way?

Here is an image of what I did with your help.  All four cases look the same, but you'll see that there are additional form responses also filling the word template.

Thank you again as I'm one step closer already!

    Hi @j_glasgow ,

    1. Yes, the option value of the question in the Form needs to correspond to the value in the Switch Action branch.

    2. If the form has other questions before the question of extracting images, you just need to take care of selecting the right dynamic content.
